What's this?

I am interested in this for a lot of reasons.


I've been following this stuff since the news broke in 2003 that the ACC was inviting Miami, Syracuse, and BC with VT left out.

I do like the CFP-12 that allows a slot for a G5 school basically. Although I'd prefer to just be 8 teams rather than 12.

I have two problems with all of this.
1. I dislike the passive-aggressive way that much of this is done.
2. I hate when the little guy, that is actually good at the sport, being kicked to the curb. When a school like Oklahoma State who is good at everything and always competitive in football is just left behind by circumstances, it doesn't sit will with me.

I would love some sort of promotion and relegation system to allow for growth and let merit determine access. But I think most schools just want to protect themselves. I am wishing for more competition, not less.
